Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via USPS first class unless otherwise specified when you place your order. Insurance is optional, however Square One Beads is not responsible for orders that go missing and are not insured.

Returns

Items purchased from the website can be returned within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Items not returned within the 7 days may be returned for store credit at owners discretion. Shipping, credit card fees, and Paypal fees are nonrefundable and will not be calculated into a store credit.

Items purchased at a show are not returnable.

Custom orders are not returnable.
